The Rongai Route starts from the northern side of Kilimanjaro, near the Kenyan border. It is a quiet trail and less crowded than other routes. The path offers wide views and a gentle slope at the beginning, making it good for people looking for an easier climb.
This 6-day climb gives you a steady pace to help your body adjust to the altitude. It also lets you see both the dry north and the green south of the mountain. You’ll sleep in tents and be fully supported by guides, cooks, and porters.
